I called on Saturday June 25 and spoke to Jordan to see if they had a Yamaha AR195 or AR210. She was super friendly on the phone and she took the time to see if they had one in stock and they did. She even sent me pictures of the boat and I told her we would like to come down a look at it. I did explain it would take us 2 hours to get there, she was totally ok with it and she was going to have a boat specialist ready for us when we got there. We were greeted with open arm by Aaron. Aaron asked us what we were looking for and he took us right over to the boat and he took time to walk us through the ends and outs of the AR195. After we got done looking at it we all went inside and talked bout purchasing it. Aaron and the Finance team totally worked with us on how much we could put down on the boat we really wanted. I am so glad we made the drive down because I know if we went somewhere else we would of never got the best customer service we did . My family and I will be coming back to purchase more when we are ready. Also we had our 4yr old and 1 yr old with us and everyone was super nice to them and let them run around and let them look at all the bike and did not get mad at them.

My experience with Glen as my sales rep was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable about the various lines of motorcycles the dealership carries. I was trying to decide between the BMW GS Adventure, the KTM 1290 Super Adventure, and the KTM 1190 Adventure. In the end I settled on the KTM Super Adventure and so far could not be more pleased. I'm the proud owner of a 2000 Mastercraft SS19 with 5.7L TBI 310 Hp Ski Boat. While out on the water, The check engine light came on and stayed there. I took it to the local Jacksonville Fl Mastercraft dealer "Beach Blvd Motorsports" for verification and diagnostics. true professionals. I spoke with Bob Zoll @ BBMS who worked diligently to resolve my boats problem but was not able to clear the MEFI-2 Code 52, CAL data communication error. A Diagnostic Engineer from Mastercraft head quarters was visiting the Dealership at the time my boat was being serviced, his name is Mr. Donnie Brown (Mastercraft) and he passed along to me information about OBD Diagnostics in California and recommended me try them as MEFI-2 is a hard to find item for replacement. In addition BBMS and Mr Brown defined which bin file was needed by my MEFI-2 for proper configuration, I called and spoke to Ken, who had me call Bob in California. Bob was very reassuring about this being minor and he had the bin already. The next day I sent my MEFI-2 to ODB Diagnostics. I had it back in hand the following Thursday, enough time to enjoy the father's day weekend. on the water. Great Customer Service by all. Very Affordable in comparison to purchasing a new MEFI-2 controller. On 5/9/13, I was heading back home to Pennsylvania after visiting family when my motorcycle became mechanically disabled near Jacksonville. My brother and I were traveling together and this was a serious situation as both of us needed to be home for work on Monday. After weighing the few options I had, I reluctantly had it towed to an unfamiliar dealership called Beach Boulevard Motorsports. All I can say is thank goodness I did! I was immediately greeted by Service Manager Steve who took great interest in getting us back home as quickly as possible. Steve and Glenn helped us find accommodations for lodging and food. Steve even went as far as searching the internet for hotels in area. Steve also kept me apprised of progress during diagnosis. It turned out to be a bad fuel pump which was shipped next day service and bike was fixed by lunch time that day. Steve briefly talked with my brother, but took time during subsequent visits or phone calls to ask how my brother was doing and for me to tell him "hello". He remembered his name which impressed me for such limited contact. I was impressed with mechanic Dave's vast knowledge of engines and could've listened to him all day only if I had the time. Scott was also very friendly and helpful. Thanks gang for the great care and treating me like family instead of just a customer. We made it home in time for life's obligations and will never forget the great care I received at Beach! If ever in Jacksonville I will make it a point to stop and say hello to my these great guys!

First off I'd like to give kudos to Glenn..... Normally I don't care for salesmen because they are always too pushy. Glenn was the epitome of a true sales professional. Best experience in a bike dealership in years - professional, informative, no pressure, none of the "salesman BS" one experiences all too often. Bike was in top condition and as represented in advertisement and email. Pricing was very sharp and transaction "closing' was handled in a very efficient manner. Fianlly, service department was very helpful in adjusting bikes hadlebars to suit new owner. All of this on a relatively inexpensive used, mid-range cruiser. Even though BBM is 2 hours from our home, you guys now have customer who'll look first to BBM when the need arises for the next bike.

Bike was in top condition and as represented in advertisement and email. Pricing was very sharp and transaction "closing' was handled in a very efficient manner. Fianlly, service department was very helpful in adjusting bikes hadlebars to suit new owner. All of this on a relatively inexpensive used, mid-range cruiser. I had a recall on my GSXR 1000 when I brought it in to Scot W. in the service dept. was extremely professional and made me feel like he had concern for my safety and valued me as a customer. He educated me on things on my bike and built an immediate trust/relationship and assured me that the job would be completed as professional.
